QWill I lose my aegyo-sal (the small roll beneath the lower lashes) after surgery?

QHow is lower blepharoplasty different from under-eye fat repositioning?

Under-eye fat repositioning is a procedure for younger patients without skin sagging, adjusting only the fat through the inside of the lower eyelid (conjunctiva). Lower blepharoplasty is surgery for middle-aged and older patients that directly removes loose outer skin along with bulging fat to lift the area.

QI'm worried about visible incision scars under my eyes.

The incision follows the line just below the lower lashes, so once the early redness settles and the skin heals over 2–3 months, the scar fades to the point where it is not easily noticeable.
